These terms apply when you use this website or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Shipping & Returns policy and our Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.
1. Who we are
This website is run by Costumes-R-Us, operated by IDM Marketing LLC, 18107 N Eldridge Pkwy, Suite 410, Tomball, TX 77377. Phone (346) 794-5715, email orders@costumes-r-us.com.
2. Products and descriptions
We work to describe and photograph every product accurately. Manufacturers sometimes change colors, fabrics or packaging without notice, so an item may differ slightly from its photo. Costumes are sized differently from everyday clothes, so please check the size details before you order, and ask us if you're unsure.
3. Prices and sales
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where the law requires it, and shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Sale prices and discount codes apply only as described with the offer and while it runs, and discount codes can't be exchanged for cash.
If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, or a listing contains an error, we'll contact you before it ships. You can then buy it at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Orders and payment
Your order is accepted when your payment goes through and we send you an order confirmation email. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card number. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we'll let you know and refund that item in full.
5. Shipping, pickup and delivery
Orders ship from our warehouse in Tomball, Texas. Delivery dates shown at checkout are the carrier's estimates, not guarantees. If you choose in-store pickup, you can collect your order from our Tomball store during opening hours (Tuesday to Saturday, 10am–6pm). Please bring your order number. 6. Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds, restocking fees and items we can't take back are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, tell us within 14 days of the order date and we'll put it right at no cost to you.
7. Using costumes and decorations safely
Please use costumes, accessories and decorations as intended, follow the manufacturer's age guidance and warnings, and keep them away from candles and open flames.
8. Your account
If you create an account, keep your password private. You're responsible for orders placed through your account.
9. Website content and trademarks
The text, photos and design of this website belong to Costumes-R-Us or to the people who licensed them to us, and may not be copied without permission. Character names, logos and images belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the products we sell.
10. Our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow to be limited.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date. The version on this page on the day you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
